Terms of Sale

By placing an order on northerndarts.com, you agree to these Terms of Sale. Northern Darts sells captive-bred dart frogs, tree frogs, and tadpoles to hobbyists in Alaska and the contiguous United States only.

All animals are captive-bred and sold for legal hobbyist purposes only. You are responsible for knowing and complying with any local, state, or federal regulations that apply to keeping dart frogs in your area.

• Orders ship Monday–Wednesday via FedEx Priority Overnight to a FedEx hub you select at checkout.
• Shipping is available to Alaska and the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Canada, or international addresses.
• Expected hub arrival is the next morning (Tuesday–Thursday depending on ship date).
• We monitor weather at origin and destination and may delay or cancel shipments when conditions are unsafe for live animals.
• You must pick up your package at the FedEx hub within 1 hour of arrival with photo ID matching the name on the order.
• Unfortunatelt delays happen, when the frogs are in transport check the fedex tracking number provided at checkout regularly for updates.

If animals arrive deceased or physically unwell and you pick up within 1 hour of hub arrival, contact us the same day with photos and your order number. We will work with you on a replacement or refund at our discretion. Failure to pick up within 1 hour, incorrect hub selection, or providing inaccurate contact information voids this guarantee. Refunds will not include the price of shipping. Replacement animals are subject to current inventory availability and shipping conditions. Delays in transit DO NOT void the shipping guarantee. Should you pick the frogs up within one hour of delivery we guarantee the frogs will be healthy and alive. Should this not be the case email us immediately, we will offer a refund minus shipping, replace the frogs, or offer store credit of the price of the animals plus shipping. If you choose to have a replacement animal sent we will cover the cost of shipping and the animals.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your ship date. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be redirected or cancelled. All sales are final, we will not refund the money should you no longer want the frogs. Should you no longer want the frogs you ordered and they have not yet shipped we will offer store credit equaling the amount of the frogs ordered prior to the cancelation.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method when approved. Shipping charges are non-refundable once a label has been created except where required by law or covered under the live arrival guarantee. There are no refunds for healthy frogs, or frogs that have not yet shipped.

Prices are listed in USD. Inventory is limited and confirmed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if an item becomes unavailable before shipment.
