Terms of Sale

By placing an order on northerndarts.com, you agree to these Terms of Sale. Northern Darts sells captive-bred dart frogs and tadpoles to hobbyists in Alaska and the contiguous United States only.

All animals are captive-bred and sold for legal hobbyist purposes only. You are responsible for knowing and complying with any local, state, or federal regulations that apply to keeping dart frogs in your area.

• Orders ship Monday–Wednesday via FedEx Priority Overnight to a FedEx hub you select at checkout.
• Shipping is available to Alaska and the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Canada, or international addresses.
• Expected hub arrival is the next morning (Tuesday–Thursday depending on ship date).
• We monitor weather at origin and destination and may delay or cancel shipments when conditions are unsafe for live animals.
• You must pick up your package at the FedEx hub within 1 hour of arrival with photo ID matching the name on the order.

If animals arrive deceased and you pick up within 1 hour of hub arrival, contact us the same day with photos and your order number. We will work with you on a replacement or refund at our discretion. Failure to pick up within 1 hour, incorrect hub selection, or providing inaccurate contact information voids this guarantee. Refunds will not include the price of shipping. Replacement animals are subject to current inventory availability and shipping conditions.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your ship date or cancel an order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be redirected or cancelled. Order Cancelations may be subject to a restocking fee if they have already been prepared.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method when approved. Shipping charges are non-refundable once a label has been created except where required by law or covered under the live arrival guarantee.

Prices are listed in USD. Inventory is limited and confirmed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if an item becomes unavailable before shipment.
